1.Purpose of this Policy
This Privacy Policy describes what personal data Cielo Sur Patagonia SpA collects through VoxCue.App ("VoxCue," "the Service," "the Platform"), for what purpose it processes that data, with whom it shares it, and what rights you ("the User" or "the Data Subject") have over it.
This Policy forms an integral part of VoxCue.App's Terms of Service. By using the Service, you accept the practices described in this document.
2.Applicable legal framework
Cielo Sur Patagonia SpA processes your personal data in accordance with Chilean Law N° 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life, currently in force in Chile.
3.What data we collect

| Organization data (Teams plan) | Email addresses of your organization's members, role (admin/member), scripts shared among them. |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device type, access logs, for security and diagnostic purposes. |
VoxCue.App does not include a video or camera recording feature: we do not capture or store images or video of your presentation sessions.
4.Speech recognition
VoxCue's core feature is listening to your voice to follow the pace of your reading. To do this, the Platform uses your browser's native Web Speech API (for example, in Chrome or Edge), which transcribes your audio to text in real time.
Any processing your browser vendor performs on the audio captured by your microphone is governed by that vendor's own privacy policy, which is separate from Cielo Sur Patagonia SpA. We recommend reviewing it if you have specific questions about that processing.
5.How we obtain your data
- Directly from you, when you create an account, write or upload a script, or edit your preferences.
- When you send a script by email to scripts@voxcue.app.
- Automatically, through your browser, while you use the Platform (technical and session data).
- From an administrator of your organization, if you were added as a member of a Teams plan.
6.What we use your data for
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service, including voice-following.
- Creating and managing your account, and your organization's account if applicable.
- Storing and syncing your scripts across sessions and devices.
- Processing payments and managing your plan and free trials.
- Communicating with you for support, service notices, or relevant changes to these documents.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Platform.
- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell it to other companies.
7.Legal basis
We process your personal data, depending on the case, based on: (i) the performance of the service agreement you accepted upon registering (Terms of Service); (ii) your consent, where applicable (for example, optional communications); (iii) Cielo Sur Patagonia SpA's legitimate interest in maintaining the security and proper functioning of the Service; and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.
8.Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following data processors, to the extent necessary to operate VoxCue.App:
- Cloud database and authentication provider, which hosts your account and scripts under technical access controls.
- Your browser's vendor, solely for the voice processing described in section 4.
- Payment gateway, once electronic payment methods are enabled, solely to process the transaction.
- Public authorities, when there is a valid legal request.
If you are part of an organization (Teams plan), that organization's administrator can see your email address and any scripts you share within the organization.
9.International transfers
Your data is stored and processed on the servers of our cloud database and authentication provider, located in the United States (East US region, Ohio). This involves an international transfer of personal data outside of Chile.
Cielo Sur Patagonia SpA seeks to ensure that this provider maintains adequate security and data protection standards for that purpose. If you have further questions about this transfer, you may write to privacidad@voxcue.app.
10.Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as you maintain an active VoxCue.App account. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by writing to soporte@voxcue.app.
After an account is deleted, your data is removed from our production systems within a reasonable period, subject to technical backup copies that are overwritten in the normal course of our operations.
11.Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communications with the Platform, secure authentication, and database-level access control rules that ensure each User can only see their own scripts (or those explicitly shared with them within their organization).
No system is infallible. In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, Cielo Sur Patagonia SpA will notify you within the timeframes established by applicable regulations.
12.Your rights
You may exercise the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Cancellation / erasure: request deletion of your data, where applicable.
- Objection: object to a specific processing of your data.
- Portability: request your scripts in a commonly used text format.
You may exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@voxcue.app from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes.
13.Minors
VoxCue.App is intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without their legal guardian's authorization. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data without such authorization, please contact us so we can delete it.
14.Cookies and local storage
VoxCue.App uses browser local storage (localStorage) solely for technical purposes: keeping you signed in and remembering your preferred interface language. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics for marketing purposes.
15.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service or in applicable regulations — in particular, the entry into force of Law N° 21.719. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform or to the User's registered email, with reasonable advance notice.
16.Supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency once it is operational (upon entry into force of Law N° 21.719), or with Chile's National Consumer Service (SERNAC) where applicable.
